Free Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days of ordering and shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipment tracking number. We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer Expedited Shipping.

Free Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. The returned merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with all tags attached. We may refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.

To request a return, email us at hello@bikefrontier.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions on how to return, and refund you once your returned merchandise has been received.
